Waiver Release Form (Film & TV/Media/Drama Students/Whole School)
This form is to eliminate the repercussions from parents/young adults if their image/voice is used in school or college promotional material. This can include recordings of plays, events, enrichment clubs and everything else. This form also come with a make up section, should you be using make up/face paint for any reason.
The form has reasonable terms and conditions for parents/young people to sign to, which is then followed by signatures.
Shooting Schedule (Film & TV/Media Students)
Learners can use this template to place, in order, the film shots they would like to obtain and can then state if they had obtain that shot which they desired. This can dramatically cut down time in editing the production.
Risk Assessment Template (Film and TV/Media Students/Whole School)
This risk assessment template is easily altered for any situation and has a simple step by step process where learners and staff can assess the safety of a production. I have also used this risk assessment for trips.

Pay Attention Starter Quiz
This quiz is designed to help learners pay attention to the instructions they have been given and ensure they read the information which they had been tasked to carry out. There are several questions on this sheet with the first instruction to read all of the sheet and follow the instructions. The last sections states not to complete the question sheet and for the learners to rest their pens on the desk. The majority of learners will complete this whole sheet before realising they did not have to complete it, a quick task to find if the learners are paying attention.
Paper Edit (Film & TV/Media Students)
Using the film logging sheet, it is then a requirement of many film and TV course that the learners must show planing of their editing. This is done through this paper edit, where learners are able to place in order their film clips for the final edited sequence.
